1. International Trade
Internal analysis to evaluate whether or not we are properly prepared for and understand the "new environment" is essential to avoid missteps and minimise impacts. Which market we access and which channel we will use, and how the marketing mix and digitalisation variables impact will depend on the type of strategy that we establish.
Therefore, the aim of this module is to understand the concept of strategy by analysing all the variables that affect a company's internationalisation process.

Be able to elaborate a variety of market research studies based on different objectives, in accordance with specific issues and necessary knowledge to be acquired previously to decision making, in addition to being able to draw conclusions from business studies presented to us. In addition, this module allows for knowledge of sources, methods and the potential of current technology in order to elaborate knowledge based on an organisation's own or external data and information.

Technology and innovation are impacting international business everyday and its role is evolving as companies seek to increase their competitiveness in a rapidly changing market environment. Moreover, we live in a VUCA world where rapid change is taking place and certain issues advance at a very high speed. The aim of this module is to provide the keys to international management in an era where digitalisation, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Big Data generate new trends in international business models and also where, at the same time, geopolitical trends force companies to look at their potential markets from a different perspective. 2. International Logistics
Understanding the sustainability as a concept applied to the business world first and to international trade in order to then analyse all the opportunities it offers as well as the risks associated with not being truly sustainable. Analyse all aspects of sustainability and ESG/ESG criteria to be considered in international trade.

3. Business Management
Provide students with a deep and holistic understanding of the fundamentals of marketing as applied to a global environment. The module aims to familiarise participants with the specific challenges and opportunities that arise when marketing products or services internationally.
This includes an understanding of cultural differences and their impact on marketing strategies, and the ability to adapt to the changing dynamics of the global economy.

To develop effective leadership skills, promote the ability to work in multicultural and multidisciplinary teams, and promote strategic vision in the international arena. Students will learn to lead and manage teams in a global business environment, and apply leadership concepts to achieve success in this highly dynamic and competitive context.
The module focuses on understanding the environment, developing self-leadership as a necessary first step for effective leadership, analysing and applying new leadership models and tools, as well as learning about effective teamwork frameworks, such as Agile methodologies, in the leadership field.

Final Project and Additional activities
Before the start of the programme, students will have access to different training opportunities that will allow them to level their profile, as well as to acquire different competences and skills necessary for the development of the programme and for their professional activity.
Pre-Masters Bootcamps
Students will have the opportunity to take 3 Pre-Master's Bootcamps that will be opened progressively and can be taken at any time. Once the course has been completed and successfully passed, a certificate of achievement will be awarded.

Introductory Workshop | Campus Training
Before the start of the academic year, students will have the opportunity to take an introductory workshop on the Campus where they will be provided with the tools and knowledge necessary for the correct use of the platform during the academic year.
Professional Development Programme (PDP)
Two weeks before the start of the academic year, students can participate in a professional development programme where they will work hand in hand with a teacher to develop different skills such as time management, productivity and stress management and artificial intelligence. Upon completion of the workshop, and provided that the relevant activities have been carried out, a certificate of completion can be obtained.
Over a period of 6 months, students will participate in the definition, development and presentation of an export plan for a company that sells goods (not services). A teacher will supervise their work. The work will be presented before an examining board.

The aim of this bootcamp is to highlight the challenges inherent in today's multicultural cross-border negotiations and to provide a practical insight into negotiation techniques in the context of international business.

Company visits
During the course of the programme, students will have the opportunity to attend synchronous videoconferences with professional experts in the areas covered by the programme. They will share their experience and provide them with best practices within the industry.
Webinars
Most of the training is done asynchronously; it means that the exchange of knowledge is done through a software platform that allows sharing written texts without having people to be connected at the same time.Additionally, in each of the subjects’ synchronous sessions or 'webinars' are organized, in sessions in which all participants are connected at the same time through a program allowing the exchange of knowledge in 'real time'.
Students taking the Master of Lifelong Learning in International Business will have the opportunity to prepare for the Scrum Certification (Product Owner & Scrum Master).

Methodology

Diploma
After successfully finishing the Master's degree, and having completed the relevant procedures, you will receive the Master's degree from OBS Business School. In addition, and provided that you meet the established academic and administrative requirements, you will obtain a Lifelong learning Master's degree from the Universitat de Barcelona (UB).
In order to obtain it, you must have a university degree. In the exceptional case of not having this degree and having passed the Master's evaluations, you will obtain a Higher University Diploma from the Universitat de Barcelona (UB).

Admission Process
The fundamental aim of our admissions process is to ensure the suitability of candidates. All participants should get the most out of this learning experience, through a context in which it is possible to develop long-term relationships with classmates, faculty and alumni.
After completing the application form for one of our programmes, you will receive an e-mail with information about the School and a member of the Admissions Department will contact you to start the admission process. Once you have successfully passed the personal interview, you must submit all the required documentation to continue the admission process and certify that you meet the requirements of the student profile. After the Admissions Committee, if it is positive, you will be able to register and enrol in the programme you have applied for.
