1. Innovation
The objective of the first module of the program is to provide students with the fundamentals of Design Thinking, as well as to analyse the impact that this methodology has within the design process and the development of innovative solutions.

The Master's course " Strategy and Innovation Management" offers a comprehensive and contemporary approach to the latest innovation trends, providing students with insightful and applied knowledge of how companies can use innovation to achieve and maintain a sustainable competitive advantage.
The module proposes the analysis of the context for innovation, considering the technological life cycle as well as based exponential technologies, in order to understand how disruptive innovations can transform competitive paradigms. Through case studies, it will explore companies that have not only adapted to these changes, but have led the consolidation of new paradigms, offering a clear vision of market dynamics and successful business strategies.
Simultaneously, it addresses the internal management of innovation, discussing how organisations can develop effective strategies and execute them. Emphasis is placed on the creation of innovative business models, adapted to the current competitive environment, and on the implementation of the ambidextrous organisation concept, which allows companies to balance the exploration of new opportunities alongside the exploitation of existing ones. This integrated approach helps to understand how advanced technologies and disruptive innovation models can be effectively applied within organisations.
Throughout the module, the development of practical analytical and methodological skills is encouraged, focusing on the assessment and implementation of holistic innovation strategies.
The ultimate goal is to equip participants with the necessary competencies to identify innovation opportunities, formulate innovation-informed competitive strategies, and effectively manage change and innovation processes within organisations, preparing them to face the challenges of a global marketplace with a comprehensive strategic perspective.

In a global context where environmental and social challenges are becoming increasingly relevant and urgent, the module "Sustainable Innovation and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)" is presented with the aim of providing an in-depth and applied understanding that will enable students to identify opportunities in this area and to be proactive leaders in the transition to a more sustainable future.
The module is structured to cover the fundamentals, from identifying sustainable business opportunities to quantitative and qualitative assessment of the social and environmental impact of organisations. Through a practical and interactive approach, innovative tools and strategies for sustainable entrepreneurs will be explored, as well as an in-depth analysis on how to integrate sustainability and CSR as driving forces for innovation in any type of organisation.

2. Entrepreneurship

The Product Manager (PM) is one of the key roles in a technology company, since its function is much more complex and transversal than that of the classic PM. Another key role in technology start-ups is that of the growth teams (also known as Growth Hackers). They are responsible for developing traffic acquisition channels and creating user retention mechanisms to achieve solid growth. That is why one of the topics you will learn throughout this course are the roles of a Product Manager and a Growht team in a start-up, the competencies and skills necessary to perform both roles, the main techniques of managing a technology product and the process of implementing a Growth Hacking strategy, among others.

Before the beginning of the program, the student will have different training spaces available that will allow him/her to level his/her profile, as well as to acquire different competencies and skills necessary for the development of the program and for his/her professional activity.

Workshop | Campus Training
Before the start of the academic year, students will have the opportunity to attend an introductory workshop to the Campus where they will be provided with the necessary tools and knowledge for the correct use of the platform during the academic year.
Professional Development Program (PDP)
Two weeks before the start of the academic year, students will be able to participate in a professional development program where they will work hand in hand with a teacher to develop different skills such as time management, productivity, stress management and emotional intelligence. Upon completion of the workshop, and provided that the relevant activities have been carried out, a certificate of completion can be obtained.
The main objective of the Master's Final Project is for you to work on a group project that allows you to put into practice all the knowledge acquired throughout the Master's program. Beyond an academic or learning activity, it is an opportunity to link the training to the economic and business reality.
The Master in Innovation and Entrepreneurship is complemented by conferences and seminars given in each of the blocks. These additional activities are carried out by renowned professionals in business management who, through videoconferences, present their experiences and case studies.
Bootcamp: Innovation as a State Model: the case of China
The objective of this bootcamp is to understand how the transformation of the Chinese economy is largely based on the firm commitment of the authorities to innovation, both in services and industry.

Exchange with TEC de Monterrey
In the framework of the Master in Innovation and Entrepreneurship, we offer you the possibility to participate in a virtual exchange at the TEC de Monterrey University. In this exchange, OBS Business School students will be able to take a pre-determined course at TEC de Monterrey, exempting them from taking the equivalent course at OBS Business School. Those students who complete the exchange and pass the course will obtain a Certificate from TEC de Monterrey.
Company visits
During the program, students will have the opportunity to attend synchronous videoconferences with experts in each area. They will share their experiences and best practices in their sector.
Webinars
Most of the training is done asynchronously, which means that this exchange of knowledge is done through a platform that allows sharing written texts without the need for people to be connected at the same time. Additionally, in each of the modules, synchronous sessions or 'webinars' are organized, where all participants are connected at the same time through an application, which allows the exchange of knowledge in 'real time'.

Methodology
OBS has an online methodology where the student is always at the core of the process. Said methodology is backed by active and internationally renowned professors who share their knowledge to enhance the professional development of students through a flexible, collaborative method with personalized monitoring. Diploma
After successfully finishing the Master's degree, and having completed the relevant procedures, you will receive the Master's degree from OBS Business School. In addition, and provided that you meet the established academic and administrative requirements, you will obtain a Lifelong learning Master's degree from the Universitat de Barcelona (UB).
In order to obtain it, you must have a university degree. In the exceptional case of not having this degree and having passed the Master's evaluations, you will obtain a Higher University Diploma from the Universitat de Barcelona (UB).

Admission Process
The fundamental objective of our admissions process is to ensure the suitability of candidates. All participants should get the most out of this learning experience, through a context in which it is possible to develop long-term relationships with classmates, faculty and alumni.
After completing the application form for one of our programmes, you will receive an e-mail with information about the School and a member of the Admissions Department will contact you to start the admission process.
Once you have successfully passed the personal interview, you must submit all the required documentation to continue the admission process and certify that you meet the requirements of the student profile. After the Admissions Committee, if it is positive, you will be able to register and enrol in the programme you have applied for.
