Why did you decide to study this Master?
Several friends had already taken their master's at OBS, they recommended the experience and highlighted the quality of the teachers. I chose an online school because of my job. Once you start to grow professionally, time becomes very limited, and it is difficult when you have to balance personal life, studies and so on.
I found it complicated at the begining because I always thought that I needed to be in connection with the teacher, to be able to get up after the class is over and ask if they could explain it to me. But it really is the same, just without the physical contact, it genuinely feels like you are in a class. The teachers are always available, you have the resources 24/7. The only difficulty may have been the schedule, but the teachers were really helpful and accessible all the time.
Have you been able to develop new skills during the Master?
For me it was finances. Sales and sales management were completely new to me, one thing is being able to sell, to negotiate, but to know the techniques involved and how we're going to practice them it's another thing. The rest of the programme was a bit of an update on subjects I had previous knowledge on, such as branding and consumer psychology. Although they had drastically transformed since when I first studied them.
