Pablo Borrero, Commercial Director of Agroquímico, explains his opinion as a student of the Master in Marketing and Commercial Management at OBS.
Pablo shares his vision of studying a Master's Degree in Marketing and Sales Management: "Studying the Master's Degree is not easy when you have to combine business, activities, family, but the way to do it successfully has been through OBS Business School and its methodology".
Why did you decide to study this Master's degree?
The truth is that there were a number of reasons, I come from a very technical background. So, I am an agronomist engineer, and being very technical, I manage the commercial management of a company that imports and markets agricultural inputs. But I wanted to strengthen my formal training in the field precisely because I took the master's degree, basically that was the idea. And I thought that it was a point in my life where I could and needed to reinforce that knowledge and go deeper into the topics that were dealt with in the master's degree.
What did you think of the Student ON Methodology?
It's hard, when you have a business, different activities, family... taking a master is not easy, but the only way I could have done it successfully was through OBS Business School. Basically because of your methodology.
Have the expectations you had before starting the Master been fulfilled?
I had already had a first approach with a Diploma in Marketing, but, nevertheless, the deepening of the subjects with the Master went far beyond what I knew, what I knew and has filled me with a very high percentage of the expectations I had.
Have you been able to develop new skills during the Master?
As we were developing and going through the modules I was already implementing some things, because they were definitely still under my charge and my management. But it's not that easy, it comes much faster than a practice can sometimes implement. Very good.
Would you recommend the OBS Business School Masters?
I have spoken to many people about the Master, I have told them how interesting it is, the process of the methodology and well... not everyone can do it... but there are two friends who have decided to do it and are enrolled for this new year.
