I undertook the OBS Master in Neuromarketing and Consumer Behaviour because I identified many business challenges and opportunities that led to me to be interested in this programme as it offered key methods to help us improve our work as a department.
There was a lot to learn, but I'd definitely highlight the experience of learning how to use some of the most important and useful neuromarketing platforms; EyeTracking and FaceViewer, for example. I gained an in-depth understanding of how they operate and I'm very proud of it!
