Why did you decide to study this Master?
I chose the Executive MBA because I consider that it was the programme that covered the needs I was seeking. I wanted to have more of a comprehensive overview of the different reporting lines such as finance, accounting, human resources, administration, supply chain, marketing, etc. To develop a long-term strategic planning to be able to position the brand and have a dominant position in the market within the company that I represent.
Why did you choose to study it at OBS?
I chose OBS because of the experience it has, the certifications, the recognitions, the opportunities to adapt to my personal, family and work life. The experience has been very enriching because OBS has first class professionals, top executives as well as a first class teaching staff.
What skills have you developed throughout the programme?
The cultural aspect has been very enriching. The schedule changes were something we had to learn to manage. But that is part of the challenges in this changing world. Strategic positioning and comprehensive vision allows us to focus on the strategic part, on the tactical part, without neglecting the operational aspect. The Balanced Scorecard was a very good tool, sharing with top professionals at a global level and all their experience and culture has been very enriching.
