I took the master's degree because I wanted to take a step further in my professional career, I am very focused on management and I aspire to grow in a similar position within my organization.
I have always wanted to study something outside my country but my work did not allow me to do so. At the beginning, I was reluctant to study online but at OBS I found a methodology that made me feel close to the professors and classmates, just like my experiences in face-to-face studies.
The main skills I have developed throughout the program have been to strengthen interpersonal relationships and enhance my networking. The issue of online learning has not been an obstacle. We met with colleagues virtually throughout the MBA program. It really felt like we were together, and that was a major challenge to overcome.
