The Future Leader's Toolkit: A business school lens (Employability & Outcomes)
Our dean participated in the panel titled The Future Leader’s Toolkit: A Business School Lens (Employability & Outcomes), which addressed the importance of effective leadership in the workplace—a crucial skill that extends far beyond technical expertise. In this context, business schools like OBS play a fundamental role in developing these competencies, with intercultural skills, emotional intelligence, and critical thinking being among the most essential.
"During the discussion, best practices for integrating soft skills into business education were examined, alongside the challenges of incorporating emotional intelligence into learning environments and the ongoing professional development needs of faculty to effectively support this kind of growth. Dr. Güell’s participation underscored OBS Business School's commitment to training leaders equipped to tackle the global challenges of the future.
This event served not only as an excellent platform for the exchange of innovative ideas but also as an opportunity to strengthen collaboration between institutions and promote higher quality education across Europe.
