Employability of OBS students rises to 97.4%

  • 83.8% of students report an increase in salary in the first year after training, with an average increase of 20.5% for MBA students and 20.4% for Specialised Masters students.

OBS Business School, faithful to its commitment to the professional development of its students, has published its Employment Report 2025, highlighting figures that reaffirm its leadership in online education and in the preparation of highly qualified professionals. The data reflect the effectiveness of a student-centred methodology and the practical application of the knowledge acquired. New job opportunities and significant salary increases are some of the results that stand out the most. 

High impact on career development

Students of the school's master's degrees obtain tangible benefits. 88.6% report a positive impact on their professional development, 64.3% achieve a professional promotion and 69.1% increase their salary. In terms of networking, one of the strongest points that is developed through the different physical and virtual spaces offered by the school, more than 75% of students build a network of useful contacts.

On the other hand, OBS's MBA students stand out for achieving outstanding results:

  • 98.4% experience a wage increase after completing their training
  • 93.1% confirm a positive impact on their career development
  • More than 87% receive new job offers and 75.7% hold management positions
  • In addition, 81.5% have created a network of useful contacts during their time at the School.

With a growing focus on entrepreneurial education, OBS Business School has contributed significantly to the success of its entrepreneurial students:

The report also supports data from the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM), which highlights the increase in the number of highly educated entrepreneurs and the greater efficiency in entrepreneurial management thanks to specialised training.
