Carolina Palacios, OBS alumni, is the new General Manager of Edelman Peru

This decision represents an essential positive shift in the company's digital management

Carolina Palacios, former student of the Master in Digital Reputation and Community Management at OBS Business School, has recently been appointed as the new General Manager of Edelman Peru. The world's largest independent communications company has just opened its new office in Lima, reinforcing its commitment to the growth of the South American country.

Palacios, who has more than 20 years of experience in integrated communications and public affairs, holds a degree in communications, graduating Summa Cum Laude from the Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas. Prior to her studies at OBS, she completed a Master's degree in Integrated Marketing Communications at Northwestern University in Chicago. In her previous positions she served as President for South America at Burson, leading operations in Peru, Argentina, Colombia, Chile and Uruguay. Her experience also includes leadership positions in local Peruvian agencies, as well as various advertising and marketing roles in the financial industry.
