In this sense, in this module the student will learn about everything related to Project Management: methodologies, best practices, management principles, etc., especially oriented to the implementation of solutions related to Business Intelligence and Analytics. This module focuses on gaining an insight into project management with an emphasis on BI project management. The module is the starting point for the elaboration of the final project of the master's degree.
