Nura Fouad Zlitni, Programme Monitoring at UNICEF, explains her opinion of the Master in International Business Management of OBS Business School.
Nura shares her vision about studying a Master International Business Management: "I have a lot of interviews after completing my master's degree, mostly with international companies. It seemed to me that after I got my master's degree in international business administration, my CV was a big trend".
Why did you decide to study this master's degree?
I studied International Business Management for strengthen up my management skills and help me to work in a high-level carrier such as a senior solution manager or as a account manager.
That wasn’t an easy choice. I’ve been searching a lot for different schools until I found OBS Business School, I choose it because the modality was very easy and flexible, especially with have one subject each month this modality brought me the opportunity to study, having my own social life and work as well.
What benefits does the online methodology have for you?
The advantage of the online methodology is that you do not need to leave your country or family and friends to be able to study. One other thing, particularly in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, is that I'm learning to deal with people remotely and complete my tasks online.
What skills have you developed throughout the program?
One of the skills I have learned throughout my program is written. I'm a telecom engineer, so I didn't have to do a lot of writing and any essays during my career, but now, in International Business Management, I've improved my writing a lot and I've had a lot of connections, especially in Switzerland, Latin America and Iraq because we have to work a lot as a group during the study.
How has your experience at the school been?
It was an incredible experience, fantastic in fact. The best thing is that I did my master's degree in the middle of the covid-19 pandemic, so when everything was closed I had my master's degree with my online classes, so it was an incredible experience.
How do you imagine your professional future now that you have finished the program?
Honestly, I have a lot of interviews after completing my master's degree, mostly with international companies. It seemed to me that after I got my master's degree in international business administration, my CV was a big trend.
What would you say to a person who is thinking of studying a master's degree at OBS Business School?
To a person who’s thinking of taking a master's degree in OBS Business School I would say, just do it, don't think it twice because it's very worth it because the methodology it's very flexible and you just have one subject each month. You can still do your work and having your social life. When you are done, your CV will have a great trend if you are looking for a future or a better career level.
